Once shipped, the nails will sit at her local post office (or where ever the nails start) for at least a week before moving to the next step. 2nd set of nails I order. Happened to both sets. They did come in, although it took a long time.

They came in two days later than expected, a little disappointed I wasn't able to wear them on Easter. I'm happy they came in though!
