when I received the item, I realized the style was different than I expected, and I preferred it to look a little different

But the seller makes beautiful nails, just not my kind of aesthetically pleasing preference. The seller is great at customer service and is extremely kind and understanding. Great business overall and beautiful products, just not my vibe.

I ordered 2 nails from this seller and asked if it was possible to ship them earlier because I had to attend a wedding and do the brides nails

They were extremely helpful and shipped them way before the time. These nails are high quality and exactly why the photo is. If your looking for press on nails, I would highly recommend this seller. 10/10 for customer service and quality.
